Product description
EVA Cleaner 50 is a colourless melt cleaner (granulate). It helps to remove EVA adhesives in melting equipment.

APPLICATION/HANDLING
Drain the melting tank and clean it from old EVA adhesive with a wooden spatula. The adhesive should be removed almost completely manually, not using metal tools otherwise you damage the teflon surface.
Add enough EVA Cleaner 50 – enough to immerse the ribs in the tank. Subsequently, warm up EVA Cleaner 50 to a temperature of 180–200 °C and let it work freely when the roller is on. The burns from the hard-to reach arts of the tank and roller will gradually release. The appropriate time for the process is about 45–60 min.
After cleaning, drain the product from the tray and remove all residues by using a wooden spatula. It must not be mixed with EVA adhesives.
We recommend to repeat this procedure once every two months.

STORAGE
Store in the original closed package for a maximum 36 months, from the date of filling at 20 °C.
